Granger street apartment is a new residential & commercial development located in Queens, NYC.  It was designed from the desire of architects to market apartments with contemporary architecture style. In a real estate market where the vast majority of residential apartments are very similar, creating something new for people who appreciate architecture was the main objective of the project. As each floor is composed of four individually designed units, the result is a simple asymmetrical facade, making the building with a clear appearance of the apartment. Besides, the new investment in local commercial space is going to introduce various activities to this community in the near future.
