Broadway street apartment is a new residential building that is located in Queens, NYC. The MTA is a walkable distance from the new building, making it convenient to travel from one place to another. The new building was designed from the desire of architects to market apartments with contemporary architecture style. In a real estate market where the vast majority of residential apartments are very similar, creating something new for people who appreciate architecture was the main objective of this project. The new investment in local commercial space is going to introduce various activities to this community in the near future.
