Description:
This project is an existing warehouse renovation project locates in the historical manufacturing area in Queens. In order to maintain the existing industrial elements and introducing new architecture figures at the same time, the previous first-floor red-brick façade remained and accompanied by new Cor-Ten steel and white concrete panels on the second and third floors.
