This building is located at the center of Flushing, one block from the Flushing Main Street Station. The project has two main functions: commercial stores and corporate offices. It has 2,500 sq. ft. of lot coverage (40' x 100'), 11,560 sq. ft. of total floor area. The first floor of the building is a food court that contains four food businesses. Chairs and tables are available located on the first floor with additional seating upstairs. The second to the sixth floors are inhabited by a mix of many different company offices such as lawyer's offices, accounting firms, and doctor's offices.
